Artistry transforms former surface parking lot into arts-forward downtown living
Artistry, located in Cincinnati’s central business district, provides sweeping views of the Ohio River and the riverfront parks. Sitting on a former surface parking lot, the development brings 344 apartments, a mix of studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. The six-story, mixed use development also includes entertainment and retail spaces, parking, an art gallery and creative studios, and a rooftop pool and aqua lounge. Completed in 2022, Artistry brings much needed density and vibrancy to the east side of the Central Business District.
The Port provided a capital lease structure wrapped with a bank bond to support this project.

Impact:
- Approximately 400 temporary jobs during construction with a total annual payroll of $10MM
- At least 20 permanent jobs post-construction with a total annual payroll of $800,000
- The development will also deliver 344 new residential units to the downtown core
