Peebles Apartments and Paramount Launch

Former shuttered grocery store site transformed to bring 98 apartments, a neighborhood market, office and gallery space for ArtWorks, and additional commercial space to Walnut Hills.

The Peebles Apartments and Paramount Launch development consists of a number of projects, including:

Peebles Apartments: This 42-unit affordable multifamily community offers income restricted apartments in the heart of Walnut Hills.

Paramount Launch: This mixed-use development includes 56-unit market-rate apartments and street-level commercial spaces. The site was once home to a grocery store in the heart of Walnut Hills’ business district. The new development brings a market, filling a need for access to groceries and fresh produce in the community.

Durner Building: Located at 2453 Gilbert Avenue, the Durner Building project involved the renovation of a historic, 10,000 square foot building for use as office space.

Race Refrigeration Building: This four-story commercial building at 2429 Gilbert Avenue was renovated for use as office and gallery space for ArtWorks.

All projects were developed by Model Group, and are part of its multi-phased redevelopment of the Peebles Corner Historic District.
