2023 Impact Report: The Port and Managed Entities

2023 marked another year of growth and progress in our strategic goals. Our 2023 Impact Report highlights the achievements, numbers, and stories behind The Port's work to transform unproductive real estate for jobs families can live on, homes they can afford, and cleaner, greener, safer neighborhoods and business districts.

Our Public Finance tools supported a wide range of projects throughout the county creating new residential options, spaces for small businesses, community centers, and more. Our Neighborhood Strategy continues to grow in its impact through new partnerships, funding, and programs - focused on a holistic look at equitable neighborhood development. The Port's Industrial Strategy brought landmark groundbreakings and acquisitions with a laser focus on preparing industrial sites for job creation and regional growth. Across all of our work, Economic Equity continues to be our north star as we focus on equitable access and opportunity for homebuyers, developers, and businesses throughout Hamilton County.
