Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager

The Port will be moving to a new office space in Atrium Two that is approximately 15,242 RSF. The successful CM is expected to collaborate with the Owner (or Owner’s Representative), Architect, and Sub-Consultants to the Architect through the construction and occupancy of the project.
The deadline for submission of qualifications will be February 27 at 5 PM EST.

Request for Proposals - Elmwood Place Demolition Project

The Landbank is overseeing demolition of several structures owned by the the Village. A pre-bid meeting will be held February 18th at 9:00 AM at Elmwood Place Town Hall located at 6118 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45216.
RFP documentation will be provided with room for extra notes as well as you proceed through the walk-through. The deadline for submission of proposals will be February 28th at 5 PM.
