Lindsey Florea
Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development Services
Lindsey Florea serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development Services for The Port. She leads The Port’s Predevelopment and Development activities for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, including due diligence, environmental remediation, demolition, stabilization, and construction.
Prior to joining The Port, Lindsey served in leadership positions in both the private sector and local government where she spearheaded significant real estate projects and economic development initiatives that have shaped the Cincinnati landscape. Lindsey previously served as the Senior Director of Real Estate for FC Cincinnati. In this role she focused on strategic planning and implementation of current and future real estate opportunities to enhance the club’s status as a world-class sports and entertainment company.
Lindsey also served as the Associate Director of Public Finance for Huntington Bank where she assisted in the execution of traditional government finance and economic development finance, including general obligation bonds, economic development tax-exempt bonds, and structured or placed lease revenue bonds, among others.
Lindsey also led the Economic Development Division for the City of Cincinnati, where she was responsible for incentive negotiations on a variety of prominent real estate development and business attraction projects. During her time at the City of Cincinnati, she supported over $2 billion in real estate development projects and the creation of 3,000+ jobs.
Lindsey holds a Masters of Community Planning and a Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). Lindsey also obtained the SIE, FINRA Series 52 and Series 63 licenses. Lindsey will be a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class 48.
