Carson Sawicki

In his role as Accounting Manager at The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority, Carson manages the month-end close process, ensuring timely financial reporting. He maintains accounting records in compliance with GAAP, reconciles balance sheet accounts, and oversees accounts receivable. Carson also supervises the accounts payable process, reviews bank reconciliations, and manages payroll administration, including onboarding new hires and overseeing benefits. Additionally, he supports audits by preparing schedules and handling auditor requests, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
Previously, Carson was a Senior Property Accountant at STNL Development, where he managed tax returns, financial statement analysis, and cost segregation studies. His experience also includes roles at Prep Property Group and Grandin Properties, where he handled general ledger entries, ERP software implementation, and payroll.

Carson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Finance from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
