Amy Bancroft
Landbank Manager
Amy Bancroft is Landbank Manager for the Hamilton County Land Reutilization Corporation (HCLRC or Landbank). HCLRC is managed by The Port Authority of Greater Cincinnati and supports that organization’s broader economic development work throughout Hamilton County. She oversees daily land bank management of 1,000 properties, focusing on increasing impact, efficiency, and quality of service to the jurisdictions and residents of Hamilton County and HCLRC’s mission to put properties back into productive use.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign. Her prior work includes being a regional planner in Michigan providing planning, mapping, and census services to communities, Americorps*VISTA for a Chicago recycling initiative in public housing communities, and township planner performing zoning and planning review. Most recently, Amy took a step away from the public sector and managed three field offices for a major software company before joining the Landbank.
