Windsor Flats

Vacant since 2004, the Windsor School has educated generations of Walnut Hills children since opening in 1888. This landmark building and adjacent circa-1918 auditorium are being converted into studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. A new three-story building on an neighboring site will offer an addition 48 units.

The Port worked within a partnership to create cost savings for the developer, Core Redevelopment, allowing the redevelopment of this historic property, part of Walnut Hills’ cultural legacy.
