Rumpke Headquarters
Partnering with private business for job creation and economic development
The Port’s Board of Directors approved a lease agreement with Rumpke Waste & Recycling of Colerain Township for their planned, $20,000,000 corporate headquarters. The project will maintain 200 jobs in the Township where Rumpke is the largest employer.
The total project will include, in addition to the three-story headquarters building, a 250-space parking lot, new maintenance facility, new roadway, and over 300,000 SF of future industrial facilities.
Rumpke plans to break ground in July 2017 on their new headquarters and move in in 2019.
