College Hill Station
Long-vacant land at critical intersection to become vibrant, mixed-use development
Located at the northern end of the College Hill Business District, College Hill Station will transform over 4.5 acres of long-vacant land at the intersection of Hamilton Avenue and North Bend Road into a vibrant, mixed-use development. The last businesses that operated on the site location closed back in 2002 and the property has been sitting vacant, until now. The development will add density and housing units to the neighborhood which has invested significantly in its business district in recent years. This project has been a community dream for nearly 15 years and is estimated to be completed mid-2021.
