2021 and the first half of 2022 were busy at The Port. Our latest impact report, Bold Pathways, highlights the achievements, numbers, and stories behind The Port's work to transform unproductive real estate for job creation, homeownership, and thriving neighborhoods. Our Industrial Team continues to make great strides in creating job-ready sites for advanced manufacturing and secured funding to unlock additional sites for growth. Our Neighborhood Team is continuing to create opportunities for homeownership and wealth creation, efforts which The Port doubled down on with its CARE Homes Initiative. Meanwhile, our Public Finance Team provided support for transformative projects throughout the county creating jobs, residential units, and economic growth.
