LaDonnis Griffin

LaDonnis joined The Port as Development Associate in early 2025. In this role, he supports the Real Estate Development team at The Port by ensuring legal compliance, managing project timelines, and coordinating with contractors. He assists with construction documents, quality assurance, and progress reporting while leveraging his knowledge of residential construction to support various projects.

LaDonnis has experience as a dynamic Sales Coordinator and Project Manager with extensive experience in construction project management and real estate investment. Prior to joining The Port, LaDonnis was with Queen City Contractors where he developed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with project goals. He excelled in cost estimation, budget management, and monitoring project progress, successfully overseeing construction projects totaling over $2.5 million across Ohio.

Since 2019, LaDonnis has been an active Real Estate Investor, demonstrating strong communication and persuasion skills through consistent outreach. His strategic use of automated text systems like LaunchControl has enhanced outreach and engagement efforts.

LaDonnis is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Tiffin University. Outside of work, LaDonnis is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and serves as a football coach at Moeller High School, reflecting his leadership and community involvement.
