Sydney Geckler serves as Planning Associate at The Port. In this role, Sydney will drive economic growth and neighborhood revitalization by partnering on real estate projects throughout Hamilton County via strategic neighborhood planning.

Prior to joining The Port, Sydney worked with many of our community partners including College Hill Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation (CHCURC) and Colerain Township. Thanks to these opportunities, Sydney brings a wealth of planning knowledge to The Port and a passion for community development. Sydney graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s in Urban Planning from DAAP. In her free time, she enjoys long bike rides, exploring the Cincinnati region with friends, and reading.
