Beth Lippert serves as Director of Contract Compliance on The Port’s legal team. In this role, Beth works with teams across the organization to identify compliance needs, establish financial and impact reporting protocols, and independently monitor and audit compliance requirements for contract and grant programs. Drawing upon her extensive project management experience, she is also responsible for contract and grant administration for The Port and its managed entities, including establishing standard operating procedures for contract administration and engaging in compliance work grants and contracts.

Beth brings to The Port a wealth of experience in contract compliance work and project management. In her previous role as Director, Enterprise Contracts Administrator at 84.51, she led the creation of a central contract support process to track requests, report on status, and track key metrics. While at 84.51, Beth also formalized an audit process and led the creation and publication of standard operating procedures for contract processing, and she was an integral part of the team that launched the company’s flagship product, 84.51 Stratum. Prior to her work in contract administration, Beth served in multiple marketing roles at Procter & Gamble, Harry & David, and 84.51 developing annual marketing plans, budgets, resource needs, revenue projects and measures of success.

Beth earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, with a major in accountancy and concentration in computer science. She is currently enrolled in a grant writing course at the University of Cincinnati.
